Deep in caverns of the Fermentorium, the Nine Giant beer wizards coax magic from a myriad of barrels, barley and hops. We approach each barrel-aging product as a blank canvas. Do we impart rich bourbon character? The botanicals of an aged gin? The subtlety of a lightly aged white wine? Each beer has a story to tell…we just help it along.

Not feeling beer today? Oh do we ever have you covered. Our uber talented team of mixologists has concocted some wild island treats for our curated tiki cocktail menu. These drinks are all about fun, but damn if we don’t take these things seriously. We squeeze all of our own juices and have sourced only the most amazing rums we can get our mitts on. You know what we did with food at the Brewpub? Yeah…we did that with tiki drinks here.
Amazing Private Events
You got a dope occasion to celebrate? Big birthday? Rehearsal dinner? Corporate event? Hell, we even did a wedding. I have proof. It’s this picture over here. It was awesome. Our event space comfortably holds up to 40 people seated or closer to 60 for cocktailing. That award winning Nine Giant kitchen also has all the catering capabilities you could want.
